Ingredients of Murgh Malaiwala
- For the gravy:
- 1 Cup Cream
- 3 Green chillies, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1 tsp Green cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Dry ginger powder
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
- 1 tsp Kasoori methi
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- A pinch of Saffron
- 2 tsp Almonds, chopped
- To taste Salt
- For the marinade:
- 5 Chicken drumsticks
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tsp White pepper powder
- For the garam masala:
- 1 Black cardamom (badi elaichi)
- 6-8 Green cardamoms (choti elaichi)
- 1 piece Mace (javitri)
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds (zeera)
- 4-5 Cloves (laung)
- 1 Cinnamon (dalchini)
- 4-5 Black peppercorns (kali mirch)
- 6-7 Dried rose petals
मुर्ग मलाईवाला की सामग्री
- ग्रेवी की सामग्री
- 1 कप क्रीम
- 3 हरी मिर्च
- 1 प्याज
- 2 ½ कप दूध
- 1 कप हरी इलायची पाउडर
- 1 (कटा हुआ) टी स्पून अदरक
- 2 टेबल स्पून धनिया पत्ती
- 1/2 टी स्पून अदरक पाउडर
- 1 टी स्पून सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
- 1 टी स्पून कसूरी मेथी
- 2 टी स्पून गर्म मसाला
- एक चुटकी केसर
- 2 बादाम
- नमक
- मसाला तैयार करने की सामग्री
- 5 चिकन के पीस
- 1 टी स्पून अदरक का पेस्ट
- 1 टी स्पून लहसुन का पेस्ट
- 2 टी स्पून सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
- गर्म मसाला बनाने की सामग्री
- 1 बड़ी इलायची
- 6-8 छोटी इलायची
- 1 टुकड़े जावित्री
- 2 टी स्पून जीरा
- 4-5 टुकड़े लौंग
- 1 टुकड़े दालचीनी
- 4-5 टुकड़े काली मिर्च
- 6-7 टुकड़े सूखी गुलाब की पत्ती
